How It Works

Book Your Free Consultation

Book your 30-minute studio visit to check out the space. You’ll get a feel of the studio and learn exactly how our coaching works. Consultations are required to ensure it's a good fit.

Assessment & Game Plan

Your visit includes a complimentary InBody scan to assess your body composition and starting point. We'll then discuss your goals and limitations and map out a clear, realistic plan tailored to you. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll walk you through your options and next steps.

Onboarding & Custom Plan

Once you join, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process to deeply understand your goals, habits, preferences and limitations. From there, we build your customized training and nutrition plan so you know exactly what to do from day one. Your first session will be on the books!

Train, Progress, Sustain

This is where results happen. Your sessions will take place in a focused, private environment with tailored training, paired with comprehensive nutrition coaching to fuel your progress. Regular virtual check-ins, out-of-studio programming and ongoing support to keep everything dialed in. No guesswork, just results.

Precision Progress Tracking

Monthly body composition analysis with our InBody device. This ensures program adjustments are based on real-time data.

Accountability & Support

Direct access to your coach outside of studio hours, including frequent check-ins to ensure consistent progress and satisfaction.

Sauna Access

Ultra-low EMF sauna access included with select membership tiers to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Who is this for?

Is everything custom to me?

Yes — every training, nutrition, and protocol decision is tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. We collect data over time and adjust with precision. No cookie-cutter plans.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a consultation. During this consultation, you'll meet the head trainer, get a tour of the studio and a complimentary InBody body composition scan (+ a walkthrough of your results). Finally we’ll chat about your goals, current challenges, and map out a clear plan of action for you.

We don’t offer traditional trials. Instead, we focus on building a clear plan first so you know exactly what you’re committing to.

What is the investment?

Pricing varies based on the level of coaching and frequency. Because this is a premium, results-focused program, we’ll walk you through options during the consultation to find the best fit.

What happens if I don’t see results?

If you do everything I tell you to do, you will be in the best shape of your life. If you follow the program and don't get results, you'll get 100% of your money back.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients start noticing improvements in energy, strength, and consistency within the first 2–3 weeks. Physical changes typically follow within 4–6 weeks depending on starting point, adherence, and lifestyle outside the gym. Your coworkers, friends and family will be asking how you did it after a handful of months.

Can I choose the trainer I want to work with?

The owners job is to pair you with the trainer that best suits your goals, needs and capabilities. Trainer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

What makes your training different from a regular gym or trainer?

All of our training sessions are private in a distraction-free, exclusive environment - you, your coach and your training pod. This is not a group class or semi-private coaching where customization is highly limited. We also include nutrition coaching, elite accountability and progress tracking in all programs as standard. Everything you need to get the best results possible.

Is this for beginners or experienced lifters?

Both. The program is designed to meet you where you are and build from there. Our trainers are able to over-deliver to all levels of health and fitness.

What does a typical training program look like?

Most clients follow a structured plan built around 2–4 sessions per week, focusing on full-body strength, progression, and efficiency. We also offer private app access so you'll have a plan for at-home workouts on 'out of studio' days!

Are sessions private or group-based?

We specialize in private, 1-on-1 sessions to ensure individualized attention, proper form and safety, and faster results.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions run 50 minutes, designed to maximize results without wasting time.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes! Our in-house nutrition coach builds and integrates a custom nutrition plan for all clients! This is NOT a restrictive meal plan. We focus on building sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle so results last long-term. We also offer frequent virtual nutrition checl-ins to review progrss and alter the plan.

Will I work with the same trainer every time?

Yes. Consistency in coaching leads to better results and a more personalized experience. If for whatever reason you wish to utilize a different trainer, we will work together to to make that happen.

What kind of environment can I expect?

Private, focused, clean and distraction-free. Designed for people who are serious about improving.

What does a typical training session look like?

Your entire training program will be customized according to your goals, experience level, preferences and constraints. Each session starts off with a warm up targeting areas of the body that we plan to focus on during that particular session. Then we get into the meat of the workout with the primary exercises to build strength, stability and muscle mass. We typically finish the workout with a few supersets, cardio and/or core routine - and end with static stretching before we send you off! Note that each session is custom to your specific goals and limitations. That's the beauty of private coaching.

Do you have a shower?

Yes! Come in and train, shower and head right to work!
